WHAT ARE THE DELIVERY COSTS AND TIMES?

We create our handcrafted candles in small batches, therefore we aim to have your order made and shipped out to you within 48 hours of order placement.  If you require your order quicker, please contact us and we will do everything we can to accommodate your requirements.

WHAT IS YOUR RETURN POLICY?

If in the unlikely event you're not entirely happy with your order, please contact us directly at scottishlasscandleco@gmail.com and we would be delighted to assist.

CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL MY ORDER?

We can modify or cancel your order if you let us know within 12 hours of the order being made.  Please contact scottishlasscandleco@gmail.com.

MY WICK IS SMOKING, WHAT CAN I DO?

To stop any black smoke emanating from your wick, be sure to give it a wee trim before each use.  Keeping the wick nice and short should stop this harmless effect from happening.

CAN I REUSE MY CANDLE JAR?

If you wish, you can reuse your jar once it is empty. It can be used for a variety of reasons, but should not be used as a candle again, or for storing any food items.

HOW CAN I AVOID MY CANDLE JAR BLACKENING?

To avoid soot deposits on your candle jar, trim the wick of your candle before each new use (ideally using a wick trimmer). If there is soot on the glass of your candle, you can clean it with a damp paper tissue.
