Returns & Refunds

Changed your mind?  
 

You have 14 days from receiving your order to let us know you'd like to cancel or return it. You then have a further 14 days to send the item back.

Return Postage

For change-of-mind returns, customers are responsible for return postage costs. Please contact us before returning your order so we can provide return instructions and the return address.

Damaged or Faulty Items

If your candle arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, please contact us at scottishlasscandleco@gmail.com with your order number and photographs where possible.

 

We'll arrange an appropriate replacement or refund and cover reasonable return postage where required by law. Your statutory consumer rights are unaffected.

Refunds

Once your return has been received, or you've provided evidence that you've sent it back, we'll process your eligible refund within 14 days.

 

Refunds will be made to your original payment method and will include the original standard delivery charge where required by law.

 

We may make a deduction if an item has been handled beyond what's necessary to inspect it, in accordance with your statutory rights.
